(A great 4 ingredient cake mix cookie)

“These are chewey, fudgy, SUPER EASY, cookies that you can probably make right now!  I have watched these disappear time and again and everyone is always asking for the recipe.  It is always embarrassing to give it out, it’s that easy.   ENJOY!!!!!

Ready in: 15 minutes                                                       Yields:    30 – 48  cookies

Ingredients:   4

DIRECTIONS                                                                                    INGREDIENTS

1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.                                                         1.   1 box (18 1/4  ounce) box Devil Foods cake mix
(Betty Crocker Super Moist is suggested)
2.  Stir (by hand) dry cake mix, oil and eggs in a
large bowl until dough forms.                                                          2.    1/2 Cup vegetable oil

3.  Dust hands with confectioners sugar and                                       3.    2 large eggs
shape dough into 1” balls.
4.   Confectioners sugar for rolling
4.  Roll balls in conectioners sugar and place
2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.

5.  Bake for 8 – 10 minutes or until center is JUST SET.

6.  Remove from pans after a minute or so and cool on
wire racks.

Special notes:

* Several different cake mix brands have been tried with this recipe, but the one that seems the best for this chocolate chewey, fudgy
cookie  is Betty Crocker.  It comes out the best.

* If you use a generic brand, the cookies might flatten while baking.  You can play with the oven temperature and
cook them on 375 degrees to keep them from spreading.  Adding more oil than called for will also cause the cookies to spread.
This is not suggested.  The cookies do not need more oil.

*. The confectioners sugar is absorbed by the dough when the cookie is rolled right away.  Try waiting a few minutes to let the dough
“dry” for a few minutes before rolling it.  Then put the cookies in the oven.  They come out with a nice coating of sugar on them that
doesn’t disappear.

*. If your family members like chocolate, they will love these cookies especially when they are served warm right when they come
out of the oven.
